Delivery

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via DPD or Royal Mail.
An email will be sent to you confirming despatch with a Consignment Number for your order. For goods that have been sent by DPD, there is an Online Tracking Link.

Damages and discrepancies most be make within 24 hours of delivery and notified us via the email form on the Contact Us page

We believe suppling quality products. In the unlikely event that you are not totally satisfied with a purchase from Fabrication Supplies, return it to us within 21 days in its original condition and unopened packaging for exchange or refund.

For damaged or defective goods we operate an exchange policy for damaged or defective goods. Any faulty items must be reported within 3 days of receipt of goods

To Returning an item:

  1. Email us via the contact form on the website or call 0330 22 32 391 quoting invoice number. Please also give details of the item to be returned and reason for return.
  2. We will issue a Returns Reference Number.
  3. Ensure the item is in its original condition and packaging. Please also return the item in the original or similar outer packaging and seal with tape. Finally, write 'FS Returns Number' on the outer box followed by the Returns Reference Number.
  4. Send to: Fabrication Supplies, 5 Louisa Street, Bradford BD10 8NE. We advise that the delivery is traceable, i.e. carrier or parcel post, as we cannot take responsibility of goods that do not arrive.
  5. We will process a refund, once the item has been received, and advise confirmation.

 

Steps for exchanging a faulty item:

  1. Email us via the contact form on the website or call 0330 22 32 391 quoting invoice number. Please also give details of the faulty product to be exchanged.
  2. We will immediately arrange collection of the item, issuing you with a collection date and Returns Reference Number
  3. Ensure the item is in its original packaging. Please also return the item to the original or similar outer packaging and seal with tape. Finally, write 'FS Returns Number' on the outer box followed by the Returns Reference Number.
  4. When the goods are collected, obtain a Proof of Return Note from the vehicle driver
  5. We will despatch a replacement once the item has been received and inspected.

 

Please Note:

  • Items will not be accepted without a Returns Reference Number.
  • Any refunds are for the products only and do not include carriage charges.
  • Once a collection date and address has been agreed, it can only be changed up to the day before. If for whatever reason the date was not met, it is then up to the customer to ensure the goods are returned to us.
  • The collection service is for mainland UK only. For returns outside mainland UK, call Customer Services on 0330 22 32 391.
  • The collection service is only applicable for items under 20kg.
